Monteclaire apartments and prime locations as a whole is a complete mess. Since iv moved in iv had several work orders put in and never fixed. Random contractors are sent here to "fix" it. They say ill be back and never come back. This has happened 8 times. One guy came to fix it and ripped out the fan left a giant hole in the ceiling and said he saw a random wire and ripped it out. Now one of the lights doesnt work. Noone ever comes back. Management has 10,000 excuses about how its tenants fault. And yet when they show up they do nothing. 1st PM was so rude and got so many complaints she was fired. And they hire another PM that does nothing but give excuses. And somehow nothing gets done.
EDIT TO ADD: you say I didn't answer the door and I did I had maintenance "fix" THE BLACK MOLD AND MUSHROOMS IN MY BATHROOM THAT DID NOT GET FIXED AND RUINED my furniture and they "fixed " it 3 TIMES all 4 units apt. 1-4 at montcalire have BLACK MOLD DONT MOVE HERE ITS INFECTED. 🤢🤢🤢 YOUR SICK ATTITUDE SAYING I DIDNT ANSWER THE DOOR IS NOT ONLY A LIE BUT HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE LIKE YOUR DISGUSTING APARTMENTS

She is professional and empathetic, a problem solver with initiative, something tenants truly need in their relationship with property management. In all the years I've know her she has gone above and beyond!! Grateful to have someone like her around!
Katie; Asking for a five star review via snail mail, but also took 2 months to replace my washer and dryer when it broke in a building that was a little over 2 years? Leaving several emails to Prime Location’s property manager’s email (Katie) only to be ignored, we only were able to get a replacement scheduled after calling with a complaint toPrime Location’s corporate main office, to which they stated they will bring this up to the managers supervisor.

I have to say I inquired about an apt on legion way and when I spoke to the manager, I think her name was Nikki she was so pleasant and helpful. Even though I could not afford the apt I was inquiring about she was quick to direct me to other properties that prime locations have to offer..I am very pleased with the experience and will be calling them back
This place is disgusting. The landlord is rude. The water bill is 100 for everyone, when some places have washer dryer and dishwasher. The rent is ridiculous. And you raise it 100 every year. with absolutely no improvements.
I was looking to rent. But I will be showing all people I know the pictures. and let them know you are ripping people off by the hundreds with your so called water bill. Your landlord is lazy and no one takes care of the landscape. where does the $600 administrative fee go. Why isnt it refundable. Because it sure doesn't go toward improving anything here. Stephanie the manager of Meadowood apartments is a great manager! She makes her residents feel like they are at home! Everything is always taken care of as soon as its brought up! Shes the nicest and most caring manager I have ever met and I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment complex again!! She truly is amazing!!!
